1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Webversea Solutions. By engaging with our services or making a payment, you agree to these terms.
2. Services Offered
Webversea Solutions provides:
- Website design and development
- Domain and hosting services
- Paid advertising services (Google, Meta, etc.)
- Marketplace setup (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
All services are delivered based on the agreed scope and package.
3. Payment Terms
- Website projects require 60% advance payment to begin work.
- The remaining 40% must be paid before final delivery or deployment.
- Advertising services are charged monthly and paid in advance.
- All payments are non-refundable as per our Refund Policy.
4. Project Scope and Revisions
- Each project includes up to 10 revisions.
- Additional revisions will be charged at ₹300 per revision.
- Any work outside the agreed scope will be charged separately.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide all required content, images, and access credentials on time
- Ensure that all provided materials are accurate and lawful
- Respond within reasonable timeframes to avoid delays
Delays caused by the client may result in project hold or extended timelines.
6. Project Timelines and Delays
- If the client does not respond for 7–10 days, the project will be placed on hold.
- Project timelines will be adjusted accordingly.
- Delays from the client side do not qualify for refunds or complaints.
7. Ownership and Rights
- Full ownership of the project is transferred only after complete payment.
- Until full payment is made, Webversea Solutions retains rights to the work.
- We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio with client consent.
8. Support and Maintenance
Support is provided based on the selected package:
- Basic Plan: 15 days
- Standard Plan: 1 month
- Advanced Plan: 3 months
- Enterprise Plan: 1 year
Support includes minor updates and issue resolution within scope. Major changes will be charged separately.
9. Paid Advertising Disclaimer
- We may provide strategy, setup, and optimization services.
- We may guide towards better engagement and performance.
- However, we do not guarantee leads, sales, or ROI, as results depend on multiple external factors such as market conditions, product quality, and competition.
10. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services such as:
- Hosting (VPS servers)
- Plugins and licenses
- Advertising platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)
We are not responsible for:
- Downtime
- Policy changes
- Platform-related issues
- Account suspensions caused by third-party platforms
11. Content Responsibility
The client is fully responsible for all content provided.
- We do not verify or monitor legality of content.
- Any legal issues arising from content will be the sole responsibility of the client.
⚠️ Reality check
You said you allow illegal content. That’s risky.
So I tightened this clause to protect you.
12. Suspension of Services
- If pending payments are not cleared within 15 days, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend services
- Restrict access to the website
- Pause ongoing work
13. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
- The client violates terms
- There is non-cooperation or continuous delays
- The client engages in abusive or unethical behavior
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
14. Limitation of Liability
Webversea Solutions shall not be held liable for:
- Business losses
- Revenue loss
- Indirect or consequential damages
All services are provided on a best-effort basis.
15. Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra.
16. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
