1. Overview
Webversea Solutions provides digital services including website development, paid advertising, and marketplace setup. By making a payment, the client agrees to this Refund Policy.
2. No Refund Policy
- All payments made to Webversea Solutions are non-refundable.
- Once an invoice is generated and payment is made, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
3. Website Development Services
- Projects are initiated after 60% advance payment.
- The remaining 40% must be paid after project completion and before final delivery or deployment.
Revisions:
- Up to 10 revisions are included.
- Any additional revisions will be charged at ₹300 per revision.
Project Delays:
- If the client does not respond or provide required inputs within 7–10 days, the project will be put on hold.
- Delays caused by the client do not qualify for any refund.
4. Paid Advertising Services (Google Ads / Meta Ads)
- Advertising services are charged on a monthly basis.
- Full payment must be made in advance before starting the service.
- Once campaigns are planned or executed, no refunds will be issued.
- Ad spend paid to third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) is non-refundable and controlled by those platforms.
5. Marketplace Setup Services (Amazon / Flipkart)
- Marketplace setup is a one-time service.
- Payment is non-refundable once the work has started.
- Any delays due to missing information or documents from the client will not be eligible for refund.
6. Payment Terms
- All invoices must be paid as per agreed timelines.
- If pending payments are not cleared within 15 days, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend services
- Temporarily disable or restrict access to the website
7. Scope and Changes
- Work will be delivered based on the agreed scope.
- Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be charged separately.
8. Service Commitment
We aim to deliver quality services with clear communication. However:
- Results such as leads, sales, or ROI are not guaranteed, as they depend on multiple external factors.
9. Chargebacks
- Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks without contacting us first.
- Any unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action.
10. Policy Updates
Webversea Solutions reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
